Here are a couple of the layouts that I have been working on the past few days. The Lightning layout was done for weekly challenge #33 over at Mousescrappers.com. If you have any Disney pictures that need to be scrapped go on over and check out there challenges and give them a try and you will get some layouts done, I know I have!
The Field Day layout was done for a challenge over at Elementalscraps.com called May Daze. I totally love the colors.

WOW! I know! I know! I have been pretty busy the past few months after moving in October, my husband coming home in January and the kids the rest of the time. I haven't had time or the desire to make cards or scrapbook, but I have been taking Digital Scrapbooking classes over at JessicaSprague.com and I am totally loving them. I have been trying to work on my scrapbooks and catch them up. Here are a few pages that I got done in the past few days. I hope you enjoy!

I have been super busy and MIA from my blog since early July, since then I have moved and been getting ready for the Holidays. I have been digital scrapbooking for the past couple of weeks trying to catch up on my WAY behind albums. I am totally loving the digital world of scrapbooking and after the New Year I will be downsizing and getting rid of alot of my scrapbook stuff. Since we are a Military family and we moved into a house with barely any storage, I have to get rid of some stuff that I haven't even used in forever. Well, back to getting ready for the holidays.

I want to wish everyone a Safe and Happy Holiday Season!

MOJO94 and back online

Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I last posted. Right after the kids got out of school at the beginning of June, we went up to New York to visit with my in-laws for two weeks, we had so much fun. And then after we got back my two oldest kids went to a camp and stayed for the whole week. And while they finished out their week at camp I went to the Great American Scrapbook Convention in Chantilly, VA with my sister. We had so much fun, I definitely will be doing that again.

So I haven't been able to work on many things the past month and this morning while I was sitting around waiting to go to work I decided to go on Mojo Monday and see the sketch that they had for today and started working on a card. So here is the card that I made for MOJO94 and their sketch that we are to follow.

On Vacation

Hello everyone! I hope you are enjoying your June as it is half way through already. I have been out of town for the past week and will be away for another one and then I will get back to posting regularly. I am missing all my supplies though, can't wait to get back at the end of next week. I did bring a few things with me to work on some cards while I was visiting with my in-laws, but haven't really had the time to make much of anything. Good afternoon! I can't believe that it is already Friday, this week went so fast. Every Friday it is the Cupcake Challenge over at Taylored Expressions so here is the card that I made for the sketch. It was a fun and easy card to make, it doesn't have any stamping on it and the only ink that is on it is the Twilight sponged onto the white rectangle. I hope you enjoy it. Welcome to another week of Mojo Monday! I found my Mojo on Tuesday instead of Monday. I would have worked on my card yesterday, but with the wonderful weather that we have been having the past few days my little guy wanted to go out and play on the swing set and he wanted me to go out with him. So that is what we did, he was so excited we even ate lunch out on the patio. It was so cute. Anyway here is the card that I made for Mojo Monday week 84.

I was so excited to get started this morning with my card for Mojo Monday. I knew the paper that I wanted to use on this card, but after cutting everything and piecing it all together I had a really tough time finding a stamp that would go with this wonderful Basic Grey paper. So I settled for a background stamp and then just a simple sentiment on that. Good Afternoon! I hope everyones Friday is going great. I got a little quality craft time this morning so I decided to take advantage of it and make this card. I combined two challenges for this one card. This is my first stab at trying the color challenge over at Color Throwdown. I was super intrigued by the colors so I decided to play along. Well, first off I played with what I have here, a majority of my scrapbooking stuff is in temporary Military storage in Georgia, waiting to get moved into our house at our next duty station while my wonderful hubby is stationed overseas for the year. Anyway the blue CS is a little darker than your normal Turquoise, but I didn't have anything lighter. So this is what I came up with. The second part of the challenge is the sketch challenge over at Taylored Expressions. This sketch I will be using again, I just love it. Well, I hope you enjoy. SC221 Butterfly Wings Card

Here is my card for the sketch challenge at Splitcoast Stampers this week.

I started out with a 5x5 Crystal Blue CS card base and topped it with the striped pattern paper from the CTMH Emporium paper packet and attached blue brads in the 4 corners. I then cut Cocoa CS and placed it on top and then a layer of Buttercup CS and layered that with Blue Flourish paper. The Colonial White CS I 2nd generation stamped the largest butterfly from Butterfly Wings stamp set. I decorated the butterfly with some blue rhinestones and Stickles glitter. Let me tell you I was so excited that it was Monday, for one simple reason. Mojo Monday Card Sketch! Citrus Colored Cards

I know it is after Valentine's day, but I wanted to share what I threw together for the kid's Valentine treats to share with their classes. I hope you like them, I know the kids enjoyed them and they love that Mom makes them their cards and stuff for them.

I randomed stamped 8 sheets total. I did 4 in pinks for the girls and and then 4 in the Good Times colors for the boys. My oldest Dakota wanted them to be done with sports stamps, but of course I didn't have any so he had to settle for the stars, and after he saw them he really liked them. My Daughter Haley being the girly girl that she is wanted the girls cards to be pink of course and girly, so this is what I came up with. I really enjoy random stamping and I even had a spare sheet of each for me to use for my own stuff. Below is the bag toppers that I made out of the random stamped pages.

I am from PA, but have not been here for a Winter in about 7 years. My kids and I usually come here in the Summer to visit with family. So we have to get used to this weather. This is a card that I put together in about 15 minutes. I was putting it off and then all of a sudden it was time to leave for the Birthday party and there was no card made. So I went over to my crafting table and threw this one together and then it was off to the party. The base color of the card is CTMH Lilac Mist and then the pattern paper is from the Tinker Bell paper that I bought from Michael's finished with a Tinker Bell chipboard piece and Pink Prima flower.
